Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms explain how Head Tilt works, how memberships and billing work, and what we ask of everyone who uses the service.
1. Who we are
Head Tilt (headtilt.tv) is a streaming service of animated videos made for dogs. It is operated by Adaptive Innovation LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Head Tilt.
2. Free clips and memberships
- Anyone can watch the free preview clips without an account.
- Memberships unlock all channels, the full library and new clips as they are released. Current plans are Monthly ($4.99 per month), Annual ($39 per year) and Founding member ($29 per year, limited to the first 500 active members).
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy a membership.
- A membership is for your household's personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, rebroadcast or share access outside your household, or play Head Tilt in a business (such as a kennel, groomer or daycare) without a written agreement with us.
3. Free trial, billing and renewal
- Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically and your card is charged.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices may change. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your plan. Founding member prices stay at $29 per year for as long as that membership stays active.
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, which may be added where required by law.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing on headtilt.tv, or by emailing support@headtilt.tv. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period, and you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Your dog's wellbeing
- Head Tilt is entertainment. It is not a treatment for anxiety, a training tool or a replacement for exercise, company or veterinary care.
- Every dog reacts differently. Watch how your dog responds the first few times, keep the volume moderate, and stop if your dog seems stressed, overexcited or tries to paw at the screen.
- Videos contain bright colors and fast motion. If anyone in your home is sensitive to flashing or fast-moving images, take care when watching.
- You are responsible for your pets and your equipment, including keeping screens secure so they can't be knocked over.
6. Our content
All videos, animations, characters (including Pip and Puddle), sounds, logos and site design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. A membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to stream Head Tilt for personal use. You may share short clips of your dog watching Head Tilt on social media. Please don't download, copy, redistribute or create derivative works from our content otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That includes trying to get around membership restrictions, interfering with the site, scraping content, or using someone else's account or payment method. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
8. Changes to the service
We add, change and retire clips and features over time. We may also update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post it here and email active members before it takes effect. Continuing to use Head Tilt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimers
Head Tilt is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every dog will be interested in it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adaptive Innovation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damage to property or pets arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Adaptive Innovation LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
